Ciao a tutti, ho deciso di ricominciare a pubblicare qualche ricettina. Dopo il periodo Norvegese sono stata costretta a mettermi a dieta! I troppi grassi avevano preso il sopravvento. Adesso che sono, quasi, rientrata nel mio peso forma posso finalmente ricominciare a sperimentare. Solo ricette magre però!


Some years ago I tried, for the first time in my life, Japanese food. It was love at first sight!
I'm from Tuscany in our tradition we eat some row food. One of the most traditional Tuscany starter is composed by different types of cured meat, pecorino and row pork sausages. On the coast, we also eat row shell-food, but no fish! At least we eat row fish "cooked" with lemon. So I was really curious about Sushi and Japanese food in general.
So I tried Sushi, and sashimi and maki etc., and I loved it. Now, with this book, I found a complete new range of tastes, few ingredients with strange combinations such as Sashimi dressed with chili paste! The result is wonderful, trust me.
Unfortunately I tried only few recipes from the book, and I did not pictures! I'll remediate soon! wait for new posts!
